Ben Franks has experience in the United States and Asia representing clients on a broad range of matters, including transnational litigation, arbitration, licensing, corporate governance, venture capital and angel financing, securities transactions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, contract negotiations, natural resources and emissions management, and international trade policy. As a passionate advocate for worldwide progress in the cleantech space, Mr. Franks has focused his practice on helping companies achieve their objectives in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency, green building and retrofitting, carbon tracking and trading, corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) and environmental regulatory compliance. Mr. Franks has worked with a broad client base ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 corporations, and prior to joining Paladin Law Group he served as the Cleantech Practice Manager for Morrison & Foerster LLP.
