Jon Lycett is Senior Counsel at Paladin Law Group.
Since 2000, Mr. Lycett has worked in complex, multi-party environmental and business litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts.
His experience includes cases involving toxic torts, hazardous substance remediation (defense, enforcement, and cost recovery), and land use.
He also has experience with water rights, water pollution (including storm water pollution prevention), and inverse condemnation.
As part of his practice, Mr. Lycett helps clients secure and maximize their insurance assets.
