Daniel Dorough is an associate attorney hired by Paladin Law Group in February 2026. His practice focuses on environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, and policy matters involving both state and federal environmental laws, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (“CERCLA”), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (“RCRA”), and analogous California environmental statutes.

Prior to joining Paladin Law Group, Mr. Dorough served as the Environmental Law Fellow at Pace | Haub Law School, where he supported the Environmental Law Program’s research, publications, and professional initiatives. He also worked as an associate at a bankruptcy firm in Savannah, Georgia. In that role, he drafted briefs and motions and represented clients in proceedings before both state and federal courts.
