Rachel Smith is an associate attorney at Paladin Law Group. Her work for Paladin has included representation and advising clients, including the City of West Sacramento, in matters involving environmental civil litigation. She has primary responsibility for a large caseload of actively litigated cases which ranged from initial fact finding on new cases to appellate work. She has extensive writing experience including: pleadings, motions, and trial briefs. Ms. Smith has also communicated extensively with opposing counsel, state and federal agencies, insurance companies, witnesses, and interested third-parties.
While at UC Davis, Ms. Smith was a member of the UC Davis Law Review and Business Law Journal. In addition, Ms. Smith was a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing classes.
